I saw this in the newspaper. Low and behold. I was typing in names of relatives. My Grandmother had some insurance money owed to her after she died. Around $100. My mom is currently working on getting it back.

Nice!! It looks like I never received some dividends from stock I had 7 years ago. "Under $100" x 2.. Hopefully it will be more than it costs to get the form notarized and mailed out..
 
Over $100 for my deceased grandfather. Can my grandmother (his widow) claim it? She could really use the money.

Edit: It's listed as Demutualization Cash which I'm a bit confused about seeing as his policy was collected AFAIK. They did move only a couple years before his death so maybe that's why they weren't told. I'll let my mom know and see what she wants to do about it. You might have helped out a nice old woman OP 🙂:thumbsup:

Thanks - my mother had something "under $100" coming to her. Something from 1988. Maybe it'll be like $50 or something...but money is money.
 
Not sure what the title should be now. I adjusted it since the number of states has grown.

I am glad some people have had some luck with this thing.

My Mom said she will take "Us" out to dinner when she gets the money. Cool!
