Interesting...the hub looks like a copy of the IO Gear slimline 4 port hub that Fry's sells...

were you using firefox? that happened to me in firefox so I switched over to IE and it worked.

The only way I could get this to work was by using IE. Safari and Firefox either hung or returned garbage
