It's not an upgrade. It's a stand-alone app. I have several components of 2003 still installed along side 2007.

I have downloaded and installed this and it seems fairly stable. Just be aware though that it is beta and I'd avoid installing it on a production machine.
can you do parallel installation of Office 2003 and Office 2007? I don't want to loose complete Office 2003 that Ihave installed on my only machine.

It installed fine on my PC's saving my O 2003 also. I can now access both until I decide If it's worth it or as good!
