For candidates who take one of the following exams and do not pass it, Microsoft is offering a second chance for FREE! This offer is available to candidates in the US only. Candidates who fail an exam (within this offer) between April 1 and August 31, 2004 (inclusive) are entitled to one free retake of that exam, which must be taken by September 30, 2004.
To be eligible for this offer, candidates must take their exams (the failed exam and the free retake) at a Pearson VUE Authorized Center, the only exam delivery provider that is participating in this campaign.
To schedule your free exam, you must call the Pearson VUE call center at 1-800-TEST-REG (800-837-8734) and tell the call center agent you are taking part in the ?Second Shot? promotion. Please wait one day after the failed exam to allow your test results to be entered into the system. Then, take your Second Shot!
