If you do decide to get in on this deal, you should be aware of the following things:

[*]This chair, which Best Buy lists as regularly being $499.99, only has a list price of $399.99, or $100 less than Best Buy's inflated "regular price".
[*]Amazon sells the same chair for $299.99.
[*]The reviews on Amazon vary greatly. It sounds like there is a high incidence of defective welds. If they have them in the store where you can inspect them before you take them home, you'll probably be okay, but I wouldn't want to have to order it sight-unseen. People who got a non-defective chair seemed happy enough with them, as long as they're not too tall.
[*]Best Buy sucks when it comes to their extended warranties, but most people who read these message boards are probably already aware of that fact. We had no end of difficulty getting Best Buy to honor the warranty we bought on my wife's laptop, and at least a laptop is easily portable. I'd be furious if I had to haul an enormous TV back and forth to Best Buy several times like I did with the laptop. I'd much rather buy one from Costco for less money and an effectively unlimited warranty any day.

But if you're already thinking of buying a TV, you don't mind buying it from Best Buy, and it's not a significantly better deal somewhere else, why not get a free chair out of the deal? You can always sell it on ebay if you don't like or want it. :)
