Another update for the Lift Tickets--Offer is still good to everyone who signed up--here is a copy of the e-mail:
Thank you to those of you who have given us input on this promotion.
We heard you loud and clear and we apologize for the confusion.
Internet marketing is a new and ever changing realm for us and we are
learning. In no way did we mean to mislead anyone, nor do we want email
addresses of anyone that does not want to receive information from us. It
would not be consistent with our values as a company to purposely mislead
or displease customers or potential customers. In that spirit, we will
be offering all who subscribed a free ticket, whether you were on our
original mailing list or not.

Your free lift ticket is on the way. It will take approximately 3
weeks to get to you and will be valid for the 00-01 season (this season).
Please be advised that some restrictions do apply to the valid dates of
this ticket---

Kinda feel bad though, It was probably most of us here that caused the comotion. All it well that ends with a free lift ticket

I got the same message saying they're sending out the tickets anyway. Thanks to those who followed up on it so we could all get our passes (I'm sure there's at least a few people from this forum who contacted Sierra at Tahoe). See you on the slopes.

this mountain is small but in great shape. I was there a week ago and got first tracks in 8 inches of fresh snow. I usually snowboard in the east, it was my first time out west, and I had a better time here than at heavenly. Kirkwood rules to....although i got stuck in powder up to my neck and had to hike for 45 minutes......LONG LIVE THE WEST

I got a ticket too. This was AFTER receiving an email that said the offer was only for people regularly on their mailing lists. The Ticket is only good Monday through Fridays though... when's the next long weekend? ;)
