I already am a member of Life Extension Foundation but would like to say that this is a good magazine. They tend to put too much emphasis on supplements instead of healthy lifestyle choices (good nutrition, exercise, etc...) but that is not too unexpected since they also sell supplements. It still is a very good source of health information and just because you read it does not mean you have to follow what they recommend. I use it in addition to all the other sources I have availabe to make the best choices for myself.
