It's a rotating thing, when 57 people sign up, you get a laptop, when 57 more people sign up, the next person on the list gets a laptop, basically each person pays 42$ so it takes 57x42$ to get each laptop. In addition they get to sell your info for spam. A great deal - for them

Pyramid scheme. From your link:

In other words, once you?re at the top of the Pipeline?, sit back and tell your friends you will be receiving a Brand new Sony Laptop because after 57 more members join, we will be ready to mail the laptop directly to you.

This should be locked

Well, they have a point. It's not exactly a pyramid scheme. If you were paying to be put on the "Pipeline" it would be, however, as they say, you pay for the membership - the pipeline is free. The membership is ludicriously overpriced (should be free) however, so what you are truely paying for is the "Pipeline" - I guess legally it gets around the pyramid scheme thing because you pay for the membership... still, I'd say lock it because there's no way it can be construed as a hot deal.
