Agreed...these guys even more annoying than Syncsort when it comes to the follow up calls. I actually got something in the mail for the last offer, submitted my code and got the million calls but no freebie.

I work in a file room for a Lagre CPA and legal dept. We use these guys for file retrival and tape back ups. Tell them that you are currently using Williams file mgmnt. co. and you are in charge of finding another more eficent file reterival service. It will work!!!!!
