Free Ipod Thread strategy

I see these on her alot in the last year or so... My question is this. Why do poeple open and post in them? An I B T L is just a free bump so the loser gets more people to view the thread and more exposure to his "referral" before the link gets deleted.


Just ignore the darn thing and they will dissapear off the screen sooner, and if nobody views their threads.... eventually they may go away.
