I'll tell you that imageshack has a 1MB upload limit and is also login-free. Just FYI. Might want to compete. 100k is pretty poor... I was gonna test it and I didn't have any pics less than 200k handy.

.jpg, .gif & .png files only, 100kb file size limit 😕
 
They're the same script, both written by me. pixelupload.com got too popular (I.e. used too much bandwidth), so we sold it.
