is there anything free that comes close to what Dreamweaver does?
after searching, i see PageBreeze. but havent tried it yet. if i have to buy, i prolly would just buy dreamweaver cs 3, instead of the latest cs4. please let me know!
Microsoft Sharepoint Designer 2007 is totally free.
And if you are studying in a school which is in Dreamspark, you could get Expression Web 3 from there.
I code everything in Notepad++. I had to use something else one time for doing image maps, which I just used a demo version of Microsoft's stuff. Immediately went back to Notepad++. I like having absolute control of my code, formatting and all.
