I got my videos yesterday.

The "How to dress for success" one is pretty good. Tells you all about different styles of suits, how to pick out the right tie, get you pants tailored correctly, etc. The interview advice is right-on.

The "Casual know-how" one is useless. Basically, it says - go to Men's warehouse and ask a salesperson to match up pants and shirts for you!

Not if you're a super hero. You just need to have cool color underwear that goes on the outside. Like mine. It's purple underwear with powerful green pants. I also sport the green laser to damage evil-doers eyes (see green laser thread).
