It's better to be informed before buying your first suit. Get a wool suit and a silk tie and a cotton shirt, etc. good advice on their website also.

Thanks. Been wearing dress shirt/ties/slacks to client meetings, but it's time to step up to the next level!

For those of us that are in "the world's oldest profession", do they have one titled "How to Undress for Success"?

This may be a very good DVD, but I haven't seen it, so I can't comment on it. I can say, that if you really want to learn just about all there is to know about the do's and dont's of business attire, the holy grail of sources is Thomas Malloy's book titled "Dress for Success." You can get the updated version (80's) as well, which may be a bit more up to date, but the basic advice from even the initial book (published in the 60's I believe) is still valid. Mr. Malloy did quite a bit of research and testing on the psychological reactions to different attire, and from my own anecdotal testing, I'd say his research pans out. If you are in or will soon enter the corporate arena, I'd highly recommend picking up a copy of his book.
