Better yet, don't click at all. Very few people get the sauce and if it does come it's a small packet. Everyone that signs up gets bombarded to spam though.

I got some of the sauce. It was reasonably hot, not unbearable. But lacked taste, there was no real flavor to it.

For spam use a service called dodgeit.com Great way to get confirmation mails then forget about it. Just don't use it for personal stuff as no mailbox is password protected.
If I have my address and such I use a long address like hotsauce402132@dodgeit.com, What are the chances someone will guess it. It gets purge every month or so anyways.
