The website sucks but on the top-left corner of the home page is where you go for the free samples.
 
Went ahead and ordered the cleaner and lube and it works great.

What's cool is that it's not petroleum based so there's no oily residue on eveything when you're done cleaning (the spouse really likes that part). 😀
