This looks like it's for people in Britain only. Look at the URL. Also the address calls for your county, not your state.

(you can tell by the town names.. date format etc)

The weird thing is the Bass T-Shirt the other day asked you what country you were in.
Guinness and Bass are made by the same company, it just seems odd that this one looks like it's for the UK only.

I dunno about the shirt, but the stuff you get on the tour tastes different that what I've had in the US

BOFH:

Guinness makes several different beers. The stuff in the US in bottles is completely different that the stuff in cans, and neither is the same as the stuff sold in Europe. The bottled beer is over 1.3% stronger than the can, and is not nitrogen-infused (the creamy head).

I wish I could remember more... I used to know the whole (very interesting) story.
