I remember they use to give these out at Bell Atlantic all the time. Now I can't track any down. Great for plugging in cables under a dark desk.

Another cool thing about this pen is that you can take off the clear pen part and its an LED flashlight

I did, but perhaps they can find the state using the zip. Why they would make it harder for themselves, I don't know.
