I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but when I call that number it says "Thank you for calling Gibson USA. Please hold while we connect you to a representative." Then it rings a few times and then I get a busy signal. Anyone else had this problem?

I just did it. Went fine. There was no automation, but I talked to a representative, and she asked like 4 or 5 questions, then got my address.
