This seems tp happen every time someone posts a freebizmag offer. The signup page always gets you the offered magazine. The second page (job dependent) is just for additional magazine offers you can qualify for.

At least, this is how it's always worked for me, because I don't expect that being an IT/computer professional would ordinarily qualify me for FHM (although it probably is the target demographic).

I think FeathersMcGraw is correct. You'll get the magnificient GEAR mag as well as the second mag.

You cannot continue past the second page if you just click continue. I really don't want some of the other mags that they offer besides Gear.

I gave it a shot and got a bunch of magazines in addition to Gear. There was no mention of Gear on the results page but I'm crossing my fingers that Gear is an automatic selection!

Wow, you ppl actually think about what job combo to fill in? I just use the scroll wheel on the mouse and choose a random combo, if it goes thru, which 90% of the times does, great. If not, click the back button and randomize again.

P.S. Both Gear and FHM, which I am getting for free from these guys, are only so-so. Gear has better spreads w/ lesser known models. But since I am also getting Playboy free from them, I enjoy the pictorials from that mag and read the articles in Gear and FHM. The problem is, FHM intentionally leave in mistakes in their mag so that readers can get $50 for finding them. I think that's kinda stupid, especially when you are actually trying to learn something (lot easier to read than textbooks). Too bad they don't offer Maxim for free, cuz ya all are really missing out.

here's my answer to the questionnaire to get GEAR mag as one of the choice.

(each question has two parts)

industry =
1)medical/dental/science
2)chemical

job function =
1) health/medical/fire/safety
2)medical practice ---->>> or pharmacy (both worked for me)

job title =
1) science
2) chemist

free GEAR magazine again

Why do they ask for your CC info if it's free?
I ended up with Maxim, Penthouse and GQ.... but they wanted my CC info so I bailed!
