Free Gear Magazine, no CC, kind of like maxim

well these Freebiz magazines are starting to feel like an excersise in futility. but got to give it a fourth try. thanks
 
I signed up for this awhile ago (not sure how long, but long enough to forget about it) and just got my first issue yesterday.
 
Stuff, believe it or not, is classier than Maxim, and Gear is classier than Stuff. Maxim basically rips Playboy off in content and editorial style and targets itself towards a younger audience with a more contemporary visual layout and fewer serious articles. Gear's the slimmest of all four publications and has the best music reviews and least amount of pubescent prattling.

Yeah, I've gotten free subscriptions to them all thanks to ATHD 🙂
 
I think I might be already getting it. It's great! Free magazines! My free subscription to Stuff is ending, but PC Mag just started coming. 🙂

What do you want for free? This does come. But, I dunno I only recieved one issue so far. They test speakers... Etc... I thought it would be pretty cool mag but the artical was written like an amature... It was like. I liked this... And Bob thought this was cool... hehe
So we both think it get's a 5 star rating.

i have yet to actually receive any magazines from these guys, and they have free offers for different mags all the time, who knows, maybe one of these days
 
Well, went through the entire questionair process - only problem is it may be "bate and switch" !

the first page said free 1 year subscription (very nice)

the last confirmation page said 3 month free subscription (then I assume they start billing).

grrrrr !!!:disgust:
 
i've been getting these free magazines for the past 4 years. the only one i've never gotten is playboy🙁
gear has its moments and sometimes they have really classy pics of some really hot girls.
