dredge is great.
you are a ship captain who gets stuck in a local chain of islands that feel like the northeastern seaboard. the locals lend you a boat which you have to pay back by fishing and doing odd job/quests. the main thing is watch the clock as things come out at night. it is lovecraftian and has a sense of humor.

ok hotwheels went thru. probably just server glitch.
good lord adding the dlc cars is a pain. if you want to simplify: add each to your wishlist with the (+) button on the image, then add them to cart all at once from your wishlist page to save all the clicking. how the hell is there no back button.

also weird, on my wishlist was some other game i never saw before Phantom Blade Executioners. it came out in 2023, looks like some sort of roguelike 2d platformer with feudal japan horror theme. reviews dont seem great, complaints about janky control. not available on steam but free on EGS.

They usually have a big game on January 1st also. Off the top of my head two of the Jan 1 giveaways I can remember are Dishonored and the modern Tomb Raider Trilogy.

Tomorrow's very likely to be a AAA game. The last big game in their giveaway usually is and lasts for a week. My previous post was erroneous, Dishonored and the modern Tomb Raider trilogy were the last games given away in previous years and were the ones where it transitioned back to weekly. One of the leaks suggests it's a Rockstar game, so maybe GTA Trilogy? Wouldn't be shocking since Epic Game Store already gave GTA V away free in the past and GTA Trilogy has been out a few years but recently got patches a few months ago from Rockstar fixing the lighting to look like the original games.

Don't know much about Kingdom Come Deliverance but seems to get really good reviews on Steam, so I claimed it.
