Free Frosties from Wendy's this weekend

I hope the finger lady gets sued out of her mind. 2 weeks after it was pretty much proven that the finger was not in the chili until after it had left Wendy's, people are still thinking that they are going to find body parts in their food.

I'm watching KPIX 5, should I start watching NBC? I used to like KPIX because I liked Brian Sussman. But it appears he's left the station.

Me too, except I'm sure she has no money in the first place, which is why she was trying to get some with that bullshit lawsuit.

Anyone know the exact area or locations where this will be taking place in the bay area? I'm not driving any farther than 10 miles for a free junior frosty. If Marin or Sonoma county Wendy's aren't doing it, then.. meh.

I hope she goes to jail for fruad, extortion and for making wendy's lose a shitload of money.

People nowadays with these stupid lawsuits, why cant people work for money anymore...

The american dream has shifted to stealing someone elses...

I went there yesterday and the 1/4 lb Double Stack w/ Cheese, which has been on the $1 value menu for as long as I've eaten at Wendy's, is now $1.39. WTF is up with that? A 40% increase on an item that has been $1 for decades?

Have to send them a nasty note about that one.

No increase for decades (20 - 30 years)? It sounds like they were due for a price correction long ago. When you send your note, don't forget to thank them for the decades of value.

ya.. the deluxe double stack here in Socal is no 1.19... I blame it on this Ayala lady... what a nutcase...

she needs to go to jail, Wendy's not only lost business, but they also had to lay off people in Norcal because of this stupid idiot.... they should have a law that penalizes people for outrageously fraudulent lawsuits and sends them to prison for 50 years without possibility of parole...

Nobody has still explained where the finger came from. It isn't like they sell these at Wal-Mart.
If they did, the fingers would be Chineese sourced. 😉

Do you really want to eat a burger that costs $1? That means they put like $.20 worth of ingredients into it...

I hope that I will find a toe inside the frosties this time, so that I can sue Wendy's big time and become a millionaire! I am going to get dozens of frosties and chilis to try my luck. 🙂

Keep "my finger" cross.

btw, can you imagine someone find another finger in the frosties this time?!! That would be so funny. From then on, Wendy's will become Wendy's Finger.

instead of banging on wendy's, why doncha trying eating free big macs after 10pm? cheaper plus more places to find a stray fingernail or strand of hair

LoL - so true. I've had MUCH better luck finding nasty ingredients in McDonalds food.

Good Luck to all and YMMV.
