You haul them, you clean them (outside is clean), in that order, and they're yours.

I'd post this in FS/FT, but... they're not for sale... they're FREE

Clean them and sell them. Profit.


Note: they seem to have some food in them. The food is at least 2 years old, probably 3 or more. The freezers have been turned off for at least 2 years. My brother opened one, got a whiff of what's inside, and dry heaved for a few minutes.
 

BTW, why in HELL wouldn't you take food out of a freezer when you unplug it?

We bought the place a month or two ago... they came with the place :)

Lots of free goodness things around the place. And, a few items that I have to dispose of. The dump won't take (recycle or whatever they do) fridges/freezers unless they're cleaned out first. It is the absolute worst smell I've ever smelled in my life. I'd rather be locked in an outhouse for half an hour than spend 2 minutes in a room with one of those freezers open.
 

If you plug 'em back in and let the food freeze again, the smell might be reduced. Just a tip. :)
