Hello everyone, here is the deal. As far as I know this is the only location that has this promotion. It is in Houston, Texas. It is the new Chili's resturant on Hwy 288 and TX Hwy 518, about 15 miles south of downtown in Pearland. They are doing this free food thing in order to train thier stuff. The deal only last until this Sunday, I was there for dinner on Thurdsday the 23th. So show up for the free food and drinks and dessert.

enjoy

Chili's is just cheap imitation Outback, everything right down to the way the salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup and menus are setup is copied, just the food is...eh....

Outback 4ever!

BTW: for free outback, just get a job as a line cook in an outback... $8.00/hr to start plus a shift meal. Great for college.

Chilis is also ALOT cheaper than Outback and a much better value. Outback is WAY overpriced!

i remember when i went to one of these promotion/ opening things here in encinitas... that was sweet, bill came to like 7 bucks, with beers and such...

word, sending a guy there now.

i think brinker owns chili's, fuddruckers, romano's, and also eatzi's.

outback is owned by outback, and also owns an italian restaurant out of houston. can't remember the name.

Damn, why can't there ever be any deals like this near where I live. It's an awesome deal, but not worth the drive from downtown where I live to Pearland.

Went for the free meal with 8 friends. They gave us free meals, drinks, dessert. The bill would have been $150! Awesome.

I think the italian restaurant is Carabbas(sp?), not that anyone cares, heh

These kind of deals can be hard to find, but definitely worth the effort. About a month ago the Rockfish Seafood Grill opened on the North side of town. I live nearby and happened to see them on openning day on 1960 and Champion's Forest Dr. For the first lunch, all guests were served for free. We're talking snow crab legs, shrimp po-boy, and drinks, the whole thing (that's basically what we ordered). According to the menu, our lunch for two would have run about $50, but it would have been worth it. I've only been back once since because it's more than I regularly like to spend, but the food's great.
Sorry for the semi-off topic. The subject just reminded me about it. Now I just have to think up another excus-, er special occasion, for next time. 🙂

I care. Thanks. 🙂 I happen to have an OB and Carrabas right near me. They're both great. Yummm, $7 onion. 🙂

Yeah but can the Outback make a fishfry like Chili's? I think not. I go there every Friday for one. Then I hit the Outback at least once a week for a great steak. Yummy....

Matt5, Do you have to show them anything? Because according to them the free food is by invitation only. First to friends and family, and then local businesses.
