Ever wanted to try flying an R/C plane or heli, but did'nt want the risk of sending a 100$-1,000$ investment spiralling into the ground?
Try FMS, the "Flying Model Simulator". It's freeware, and pretty good freeware at that. However, unless you've got a transmitter & adapter cable or a joypad with dual analog sticks, you're going to have a hard time flying anything.
It's a good "trainer" for actual R/C flying; although not as realistic or advanced as RealFlight, it's also a lot cheaper. If you can fly a plane in FMS, you can easily start flying a "trainer" R/C plane, and it even makes heli flying a lot easier.
There's a lot of free planes out there for FMS; I'd reccomend looking for one called the "Frog". It's an excellent trainer, and a kit for it is availible for 35$.

Also, a further note:
R/C helis are really, really hard to fly. No, really. If you want something easier, go for a coaxial helicopter; although they're less aerobatic, a coaxial will just hang in space like a demented mechanical baloon.
