Now there have been some pretty frivilous claims here, but that is definitely grounds for a class action lawsuit. I didn't sign up though so good luck if you go that route :)

Wow, only 3 people on the whole list using linux and they are all using 2.2.x kernals. I wonder if it says anything about the pyche of dealfinders if they refuse to try the unstable distribution? :)

I sent a "wtf" mail to the company to see if they knew about this (then again, they probably don't answer their mail after being swamped by 57,000 "where is my firestarter" messages). I think I'll try to blackmail them into sending me 100,000 firestarters or else I'll tell the press! hehe. Kind of like that Russian hacker group and CD Universe, except with fun firestarters instead of cash.

Note: I'm kidding; extortion ain't my bag baby.
