In all seriousness.. I wish to thank those of you who haven't properly attached your flags to your cars.. It's kept the dept of transportation in california with a flag for every truck 😀
 
I believe he was indicating that he initially believed it waz a post for free FAGz (a.k.a. heterosexually challenged individuals).
