Free file sharing service

I want a file sharing service that can let anyone to access my files without installing any software. What I mean is, people can get my files just by using a web browser like IE. And the service have to be free and able to share mp3s.

I don't want to setup a Web or ftp server.

I've noticed that the Yahoo! Briefcase is now unable to share files with people that is not a Yahoo member.
 
You'll have to search around, but I recall reading somewhere that if you share your files through Kazaa, people can download from you using their web browser. They would tye "YourIP:27015" in the address field and a list of shared files would pop up. Dunno if it would actually work, but thats what i heard.

so is cuteFTP... and you can access it thought a browser... and it's probably faster than kazaa
but nooooooooooooooo someone dosen't want a ftp...
