This is against the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. Which reads in part:

(2) Qualified individual with a disability.--The term "qualified
individual with a disability" means an individual with a disability who,
with or without reasonable modifications to rules, policies, or
practices, the removal of architectural, communication, or transportation
barriers, or the provision of auxiliary aids and services, meets the
essential eligibility requirements for the receipt of services or the
participation in programs or activities provided by a public entity.


One can clearly see that it is against the law to have BARRIERS to activities provided by a PUBIC entity.

I may be wrong, but after checking out their products, I don't think what they are offering is a condum for females but just regular male condoms. If you take look at the description of the "Jasmine" brand, they describe it as "premium male latex condom packaged for the female purchaser, when you want privacy and discretion as well". So it looks like all you perv's out there will have to make do with a free condom to stick on your johnson
