There are other ways to create and edit PDF files, but this one offers one feature that all others I have seen lack: an ability to add, move and delete pages within a PDF file via drag-and-drop. I downloaded it for this feature alone.
 
I found a limitation of this software.

Since this is an older version (the current one is 6), it is not compatible with the PDF 1.6 standard. So, if you have a file that was created in a more recent software, you may run into trouble.

However, for the price, it is a very good deal.
