Does this program keep the menus and extras?

You have the option to keep menus and extras if you select them manually, that's really up to the end users to do so.
Just did ROXBURY, which i own and looks just like the original too.. im starting to like this proggie 🙂

At the cost of overall quality?

This thing is extremely impressive so far. I've done three (legit) backups of my kid-scarred DVDs, and each has turned out great. Best for movie only burns. I like it better than Pinnacles IC just for the mere fact that it's only taken 15-30 minutes to do a DVD, while IC takes three times that long.

4 compression rates (if your files exceed 4.3gig), but not able to be manually set...i.e. ione setting may be too much, while another is not enough. No in-between. Should be in the future though.

It's not working on my Win2K Pro box after I downloaded the latest version. When I run the program it's just freezes.

That may never happen. A $2000 program versus free and $40 programs? I have used them all and for best quality,
CCE
DVD95Copy
IC7
DVD2One
DVDShrink

For fastest,
DVD2One and DVDShrink
DVD95Copy
IC7
CCE

My personal preferences,
DVD95Copy
DVD2One
IC7
CCE
DVDShrink

IMHO of course.
