Free DVD Ripping or Converting Sofware - .VOB to .WMV OR Rip Directly to .WMV FREE***

Anyone know of any totally free software (no piracy please) to rip a DVD directly to .WMV or software that converts .VOB to .WMV for free.

I found lots of great pay software that does this, any free ones?
 
You might be able to run the .vobs though autogk or handbrake to an .avi first, and then run that through windows movie maker to convert it to a .wmv, if you really need it in .wmv format.
