erm..just now i tried to install the GDI1...i extract the files to folder, when i tried to install it, it said that please run "setup" from the cd..but,when i tried to run from the GDI.iso. it just open magicISO and i cant run it...please need help..thx
 
So uh, if I download this are advertisements gonna be streamed to my desktop or something? I mean this is EA.

either burn .iso on CD with any program (magicISO, nero, whatever)

or mount the ISO as a virtual drive with Daemon Tools

either burn .iso on CD with any program (magicISO, nero, whatever)

or mount the ISO as a virtual drive with Daemon Tools

i have got the same problem here, but i cant find any .iso in the gdi95 folder... am i just blind or where is the problem?
i downloaded 3 "different" versions cause i thought i was downloading the wrong, but in case it was everytime the same.
what file do i have to mount in daemon and are there any options that have to be changed in daemon?
i just subscribed this forum in order to get a answer to my question, cause i really want to get me a c&c flashback 🙂

ok i was able to solve my problem and installed c&c by following all the directions.
but now i got another problem.
i get only audiosignals but no visual ones, and yes i followed all instructions checking in there and checking out there.
on my monitor there comes in red letters "Überschritten" which in english means like "crossed" "outrun" etc.
someone know how to solve this problem?

very nice... too bad they didn't open source it too, it is too old for the source to be a worthwhile secret, and with the source open fans could improve it like they did star control 2 (which was open sourced). Improve it like make it work with vista64.
