sweet deal...... too bad there are no good Krispy Kreme deals!!!!!! those are awesome..

krispy kreme just jacked up their prices. before a dozen glzed were $4.99 and a dozen assorted was $5.49. now the glazed is $5.29 and the assorted is $5.79. if you buy one of both, though, you get $1 off, so it comes to $10.08. there is a hot deal if you buy in bulk: for fundraisers for schools and things, they will let you buy a dozen for $4, but you have to buy minimum of 25 (if memory serves). people pay $1 each for a warm glazed KK =)

Southern CA is seriously lacking in Dunkin Donuts. I miss them (used to live in Ohio).

The funny thing is, So Cal doesn't understand the meaning of putting vanilla icing on a raised donut (the same kind as glazed but without the glaze). All they put on them here is maple. I once asked a baker here why he didn't make this kind and he looked at me like I was insane.

rant on/ How could you possibly miss Dunkin Donuts? They are the bane of donut lovers everywhere-DD comes in and all the small bakeries fold. /rant off
