Ok. Here's how to get it to work every time.

If you click on any of the links in this thread, and it says your session timed out. Scroll down to 'Contact Us' and click on it.

The first thing you will see is the option to get a free Pizza and coke without taking the survey. I did it, and it worked fine. You will get a Visitor Code to send along with a SASE.




 
looks like it was a survey, but it gives the message that the session has timed out. Cannot find a working link.

If you use the original link, or if you get the error page...

Click "Contact" below, and you will see a series of boxes...
Obviously, you know which one to select.
Still it requires you to send an addressed envelope...

Whatever you do, don't fill out the form online, it authorizes them to bill you for advertising. If you put in another phone number, that constitutes fraud.

These people plan on whoring your home address to just about anyone with a nickel. On top of that, I probably wont even get the coupon; I think not scott...........................

If this is anything but an address collection scheme, I'll eat crow but this has 'scam' written all over. That Madison Ave address (google search on the address) is listed under a lot of different places so is probably a rentable address for companies to look like they've got some big office/presence in Manhattan.


Trade a pizza and coke for who knows what? Well, it's your address and phone number.
