Grab this from FW board. I went down to BestBuy got some for myself.

DMP-90 $29.50
Rebate $60.00

What you get: 1) Free MP3 player; 2) $30 before sales tax.

If the rebate comes ...

You get the rebate form when you pay for it. The cashier will print it out for you.

Run!

Don't call BestBuy. If you call, you'll never get anything. Those employees will grab them all with their employee's discount.

Anything in Southern California is almost always sold out the moment it is posted to this forum.

I'd love to have a survey of the areas our members inhabit. I'd be willing to bet that Southern California has the highest amount of members. The interesting thing is how do these people have time to go and buy these deals? Are they unemployed? If so, how can they afford this stuff. Parachute kids?

I know, I know...."Then MOVE Atrac!"

Anything marked $XX.50 at Best Buy is a clearance item and most stores won't have any left.

I haven't seen DMP-90s for months at my BB.

The MP3 player is not so good, but for a freebie, it's worth my gas and time. Plus the $30, I am willing to wake up 6am tomorrow..LOL.

Order it online. $79.99 - $25 (coupon) - $50 (rebate) = $4.99 shipped. Damn good. But I won't tie up $55 for a stupid 16mb mp3 player (c'mon, 16mb is USELESS, 32mb was bad enough). I will drop by best buy tomorrow, a free pos and $30 works nicely, and i only have to put out $30 now.

*You guys notice that all the HOT deals nowdays come from junior members? There's this, which is HOT, there's the 45gig harddrive for $39.99, and who knows what else.

The deal at Staples is not the same, I don't think.

The BB deal is $29.50.

After that, you get the $60 rebate.

I got on OPEN BOX at BB for (get this!!) $19.95

THEN I got a $60 rebate.

I got the last one and I wanted to get one for a friend, so I grabbed the pull-tag and ran next door to Office Max and they did a pricematch to the $29.50 and they offer a $50 rebate.

So I got payed $70 to take 2 MP3 players.

D-Link is notoriously slow in getting their rebates out, but I can wait :)

Becareful with DLink, I have trouble with their customer service. I got a network card from them, it says life time warrentee, but it doesn't work just 2 month later, and I even could not find their customer service contact information, no 1-800 number, no email for customer service. And I try to contact them through other ways, no responce except the auto reply.
Is there anybody know their CS contact information?
Thanks!

I hit two stores and both were out, montclair and rancho cucamonga. The only place with a substantial supply left in socal is victorville, but that's to far for me, they seem to have 9 left in stock. If someone could pick one up for me, I'd be grateful.
