Curious about this too.... I'm pretty used to tmpgenc -- can the codec be used with that?
(mmm... maybe that's a stupid question.... i haven't used tmpgenc for awhile now...)

doh, that would be the whole point of using it lol.

oh well. wanted to see how automated dvd to divx was now, gues thats not happening. haven't fiddled with it recently since ripping the whole dvd to drives now is so easy and space is so abundant

Its really easy to work around, just use a AVS script.
