Free Dialup Internet in Abu Dhabi?

Dad will be going to Abu Dhabi in a few days, and he's wondering if there are any free dial-up services over there, such as we have over here. Looking for a number or two he could possibly dial into from the hotel over there. Having trouble finding any.

It's "FartKopter" in cyrillic, which booster can read - it just doesn't make any sense, thats why he is asking 😉
