crap. 12 million shrek2 dvd sold...180 million bucks.

i just check my account, i was only offered 1 month free. i wan't about to cancel anyways since i just signed up last thursday. maybe the 6 month deal is only for people with 2 week trials. i'm curious, can my wife sign up for the two week trial with a different CC but same address?

I signed up again for the trial with same address, name and credit card. Only difference was email address and hence log-in name. Also got the 1 month free when I was about to cancel at the end of the 2 week trial

I get that special offer if I quit... but it's $15.99 per month for 6 months, not $15.99 for all 6 months, right? If so, I'll take the month free ($17.49 value versus saving $1.50/month).

Signed up on 11/04... Got Shrek 2... Got my 2 in store Coupons... I've received 5 dvds by mail so far. I also just got an email on this past Wednesday saying that Blockbuster has worked a deal with the us post office for faster shipping by having the USPS notify Blockbuster when they scan your DVDs in locally so that Blockbuster knows you have returned the DVDs before they actually get back to their shipping locations. Plus, in the same email they gave me links to two more free in-store game or DVD rentals on top of the 2 a month that came with the Shrek 2 deal. This is a great deal.

I wonder if you can signup, get the video coupon and the 2 free instore rentals and then cancel the next day. Will they charge you for a full month or just a portion for the one day usage?

Never mind, ther is no refund of partially used months. So if you go for the Shrek DVD deal, you are paying immediately for 1 months usage.

can someone do a favor for me and see if the new 24 series season III is available for rent from this blockbuster rental thing?
since I'm not a member, I cannot login and see if these can be rented.

I would be becoming a member solely for this.

also, it seems the new promotion is either 2 weeks free OR bourne supremacy dvd.

Also, how long after I sign up do they send out the two In-Store rental coupons?
do they take minutes, hours or days?

the 6-disc '24' just got released today and I can't wait to plonk myself in front of the tv for 24 hours straight....

Not sure about Blockbuster but I just logged onto Netflix and they have it available.
