Saw the same thread from somebody in the 'Hot Deals' forum. He posted a bunch of sites that offered free cars...if you accept driving a car with advertisements for paint.

And even if you can live with it, there's a waiting list. And even if you can wait, you HAVE TO HAVE a SPOTLESS driving record.
