lol...wonder what part of the buffalo the salt coming from?? a friend of mine got worked by his Cuban in-laws in Miami(lol...it was his wedding party) he ate 4 before he realized what the big ole "meatballs" were :Q😀 He still leery of them and their cuisine.🙂

Hope the "Sample" is enough to do a few dozen Wings.
I'd like to see how much it would improve them.
