Just stick it in an envelope and put two 37 cent stamps on it. You waste a few cents in postage overage but that wouldn't be worth a trip anyways due to gas alone. You're still ahead considering this toothbrush sells for a few bucks, assuming the deal is legitimate of course.

Actually, SOMEONE is going to feel even worse when they take the toothbrush out of the old envelope and send it along in a new envelope.
