I actually work at target, so I have seen some people trying to use these coupons. 90% of them are fake copies, they have even been sold on e-bay by the thousands. I know all of the stores in my area have been alerted and aren't accepting them anymore, even the district office isn't taking any complaints from customers about it. We are supposed to have a strict policy on coupons not being accepted if copied, which unfortunetely most of those coupons are. many people said that they won it online at Target.com by playing a game, but this was never verified, and therefore not accepted as an excuse

So, what's the deal. Is Target still accepting these or what?

If not, I guess this is another one of those situations where some company puts out a great deal and then panics when a lot of people start taking them up on it.

I used to work at TArget too, just quitted. They told me not to accept the coupons as well. But hey, my friends still use it. If u find someone "who doesnt care", they will happily take your coupon and reward you with a 2 cent Coke, sprite, watever...
