You don't receive your pencil.
You use your pencil in a stabbing manner around the fleshy parts of your person or anyone elses person that could cause and inflict irritation or injury.
If pencil is not applied to a surface that is compatible to graphite distribution within the manner prescribed by your kindergarten teacher.
Injury comes to those who tap their pencils incessantly on a hard surface, person, or animal.
The pencil leaves a callous due to strenuous pressure for those not properly instructed on how to hold a pencil.
Those who receive graphite on their appendage(s) due to "smearing" from the graphite distribution target.
Pencil is used in any other manner other than exhibition to show your friends that your friend, Clint, sent it to you from Taiwan, Republic of China.
The quality of writing is bad.
One receives personal anguish when he/she opens the envelope and finds the graphite "tip" was broken during shipment if customer chose the sharpening service option.

GtPrOjEcTX, that's pretty funny. But the title of the form says "Example Form" Could it be just a practice form not meant to actually be used?
