Larger, as in wider, or larger, as in taller?

I don't recall ever having a problem installing a roll of toilet paper. How large a roll do they make, anyways?
 
I would be too embarrassed to buy those giant rolls of TP. That would rank right up there with purchasing hemroid cream or adult diapers. Only 3 posts shy of a signature! =P
