It's the repost police! Run for your lives! You know, I cruise these boards every day and most of the time someone cries "repost" I haven't seen it. Just because it was in the first three pages of posts for two hours doesn;t mean everyone has seen it.

That's what the search function is for.

I don't think people should go flaming left and right about things, but there IS the search engine readily available to someone who wants to post a hot deal...making sure someone else hasn't posted it yet is being courteous to the original finder. Plus, the newer poster can simply bump the old post so that more people can read it.
