MyFreeCar.com- The best site as far as we're concerned to check out! They're giving away free cars which are wrapped in advertising and the cars they have are pretty damn cool!

BuzzCar.com- This site is giving away free cars with advertising on them! They really want to hit the college student demographic as well so see what they have to offer!

AutoWraps.com- This company will pay you between $200 to $400 a month to drive your car in one of their auto-wraps with advertising on them. The ads look pretty cool and often attract a lot of attention, definitely check this site out!

AdsonWheels.com- Yet another car-wrapping site which is just getting off the ground check it out and make money driving, how easy is that!?

I haven't really read all the details on every site; but seems free enough :)

Free wheels sounds tempting, but I don't think I could stand being laughed at, at every red light, by other drivers.

Hey;
It's only 'cause so many damn people signed up :) Heheh. Of course you aren't GUARENTEED one. They couldn't give everyone one could they? They probably give it to people who live in, what they like to call, "high-traffic" areas.

I have seen a few of them around, and they are all nicely done. And they will certain go through your driving record with a fine comb. If you don't have a perfect one and enough driving experience, then probably forget it.

I actually have seen one around my area.
The person is driving it to work everyday.
However, it's really a residential area with a school so I don't know if it's really effective.
Well, if they guarantee to pay $400 at least, I don't mind driving around w/ ads as long as it looks cool.
It's going to help you pay off car lone if you have one...

With the exception of a Red Bull Suzuki X-90, the only cars I've ever seen wrapped have been New Beetles.

Probably some dumb terms like: "You have to ride for 500 hours a month" or something...

yeah you usually either need to buy a new car and use the money for payments or they buy the car for you, since they only have ad templates for some new models to stick the graphics on....

i have seen about 5 of these in the san francisco area, an xterra i saw last night looked cool...hey for free its a great way to commute!! all of the original allocations have been given out, so there will only be new "free cars" when new advertisers want to sponsor them...meaning very little chance in hell of ever getting one...

and yeah, the chances of you getting one if you are under 21, have tickets or accidents, or never had a car before is virtually nil...

so for the dreamers of getting your first car brand new and for free, forget it...buy a beater and have fun!!!

500 hours a month.. divide by 30... about 16 hours per day? sure gonna spend lots of gas when you drive that much :p:p:p

I also recall some other funny fine print on these deals like: "you must park facing intersections for maximum visibility" and "every car is equipped with a GPS so we know you are actually driving it"...
Funny stuff...
I'd like to have the ads all over my 86 blazer to cover up the rust holes...rofl!

One hitch could be, "Applicants who are chosen to receive a FreeCar will be have to purchase insurance for that vehicle through FreeCar.com's insurance provider." Who knows what kind of rates they might want.

From AdsOnWheels.com ...

<< Do I have to drive a specific number of miles per month? >>

<< When you fill out the application you will be asked the average number of miles you drive. We typically require an average of 800 miles per month. NOTE: You must drive the number of miles you have stated on your application or you will be in violation of the contract. >>

800 miles a month... about 27 miles a day.. that's average for me.

Wow...I signed up for all four.

I now have 4 new shinny cars!!! I quit my job so that I would be able to meet their driving requirements....2 hours a day, everyday, 50+ miles.....

WOW! THIS IS SO MUCH FUN....

*Yes I'm being sarcastic*
