Uncle Harry is a criminal. One will be lucky if any of the repair manuals came with a three ring binder. I laugh when I read that one will receive a $99 VOM after paying the tuition off. The thing goes for five to ten dollar. Time payment is done at a low 21% interest and also signing over your first born.
