None of these ever seem to work well, just an insane amount of buffering and video lag. Tried lots of different TV sites in both IE and Firefox all with the same results. My codecs and everything seems fine.

It seems like a lot of these are also hosted off what seems like a Chinese youtube (which actually seems to work better than the videos hosted elsewhere, but it's still not quite fast enough not to need constant buffering).

Any link for NFL???? I need to watch the Niners and Rams game and I'm living in damn LA and can't get DirectTV.

Last year I watched some NFL game feed off by some chinese website, but it was too small and too much stutter
